PHILIP BLOOM

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL / PRESIDENT

Phil Bloom has created an innovative process of design in which treatments are developed into the most integrated & immersive themed attractions anywhere. Aside from rides, he has worked on every type of anything you could find in a theme park – shows, walkthroughs, facades, interactive games & sports, playgrounds, exhibits, restaurants & shops. Notable projects include: Ratatouille, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, Transformers the Ride: 3D, The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man, and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.

kevin cardani

Senior show designer

With over 20 years of working experience in the themed entertainment industry, Kevin has held lead design positions on some of the top industry attractions of the past decade. He has carried projects from the concept design phase through production, fabrication, installation, and opening. Kevin has worked on all phases of themed projects, large and small, around the world for companies such as Walt Disney Imagineering, Universal Creative, BRC Imagination Arts, and many others. Prior to working in this industry, Kevin worked in New York City as an architect.

michelle costamagna

Senior Show Designer

Michelle has over 10 years experience designing and documenting themed spaces for all project phases. She has worked as a consultant and embedded within teams at larger companies like Walt Disney Imagineering and Universal Creative. On each project, Michelle focuses on buildable design using her professional degree in Architecture to augment her scenic design solutions and smoothly interface with other divisions of work on project teams. She has worked on projects that have been, or are being built worldwide. Some of Michelle’s notable projects include: Star Tours: The Adventures Continue, Alice in Wonderland Maze, Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem, Super Silly Fun Land, and Springfield Simpsons Land.

VICE PRESIDENT / CFO

Lourdes graduated from the University of Southern California with a BArch degree and as a licensed architect brings her organizational and technical skills to ASDI as Principal Architect and CFO. With an over 25-year career as a Project Architect at a few mid-sized architectural firms prior to joining ASDI, she welcomes the change of pace.

Andrea employs her versatile skills on multiple projects, from contracts & budgeting to creative resourcing, she touches most every project through its life-cycle. Her varied background in the industry includes: Dir. Design Resources for Wyatt Design Group, Mgr. of Show & Themed Lighting Design, and Rigging & Overhead Safety, at WDI, Director of Event Production at USH, business affairs at Landmark Entertainment Group, project & design management at Scenery West. A sampling of her projects include: Robotland; WB Movie World; Elton John: The Red Piano; Audubon Nature Institute.

Principal DESIGNER

Eric’s prop & art direction talents have brought numerous major award-winning projects to life in his varied career, including Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge as a Creative Director, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter (Hogsmeade & Diagon Alley) as Sr Prop Manager, numerous queues, shows & film / TV projects. He created & managed the Universal Creative Prop Shop which fabricated props & set dressing for Universal parks worldwide.

Lori’s career began 20+ years ago in interior design before becoming a decorator for TV shows & commercials. She next spent time at Universal Orlando, then Universal Creative where her award-winning props and art direction work spanned major projects including Harry Potter, Nintendo, Halloween Horror Nights, Epic Universe & more. Lori also acted as a Sr. Set Decorator on Disney’s Star Wars: Galaxy ‘s Edge expansions.

Jojo’s producing and business development career spans a decade in live events & themed entertainment, working with brands like The Barnum Museum, Jim Henson Company, 24 Hours of Le Mans & AMOREPACIFIC. She has worked for companies like Universal Creative, ITEC Entertainment, The Third Floor & BRC Imagination Arts. Jojo also lives for Halloween, contributing to ScareLA, as well as co-founding Midsummer Scream.
